Before you ask
The questions everyone has
Is a German kitchen going to cost more than flat pack?
Less than you would expect. Buying direct removes the dealer margin, which is most of what makes German cabinetry expensive in North America. The bigger difference is what arrives. Flat pack looks cheaper on the invoice and then costs you assembly labour on top. Ours arrives built.
What is included in the price?
Cabinetry only. Doors, carcasses, drawers, hinges and runners, fully assembled and factory finished. Countertops, sinks, appliances and backsplash are not included, so the number you see is for the cabinets themselves and nothing is hiding behind it.
Will it fit my appliances?
Yes, and we make sure of it before anything is built. Whether you are buying new appliances or keeping the ones you have, we ask for the model numbers and design the cabinetry around those exact dimensions. Fridge, range, dishwasher, hood and microwave.
What if I do not have measurements?
You can estimate from rough dimensions to get a working number. If you want exact measurements taken, a professional measure is available for $99 through a third party. It is optional, and plenty of customers already have what they need.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $999 for your kitchen, whatever the size of the order. That covers delivery of your fully assembled cabinetry to your home.
How long does it take?
Classic quick ship finishes move in one to two weeks. Signature orders are made to your configuration and take longer, and we give you a firm date before you commit to anything.
What happens if something is damaged in transit?
Report it within 5 days of delivery and replacement parts ship free.
When do I pay?
Nothing until you approve the design. Classic quick ship is paid in full at order approval. Signature is 50 percent to start production and 50 percent when it lands in the USA and ships out to you.
There is no showroom near me. Does that matter?
It has not stopped anyone yet. Samples come to your door, the design happens on a video call with floor plans and renders sent through afterward, and delivery reaches anywhere in the country.
